• Please read carefully and adhere to ALL of the rules below.
  Grass Carp and sturgeon are to be released as soon as possible after capture.
  ( Do not sack them as Carp sacks will kill them.)

• Carp sacks are allowed at the discretion of the fishing guides - all fish must be released as soon as possible after capture….carp sacks are not allowed in very hot temperatures.

• Unhooking mats must be used & wetted before use: Large Polly ball types are strongly recommended. Please handle all fish with extreme care and treat mouths and any marks with Medicare or Clinic.

• All Rigs should allow the lead to release in the eventuality of a break.

• Barb less or Micro Barbed hooks to be used.

• No lead core of any description.

• No leaders of any kind, this means your mainline must be tied directly to your swivel

• No braided main line…except for live baiting for cats

• Do not leave rods unattended.

• Boats including Bait boats are not allowed …

• No nuts under any circumstances are to be used for baiting

• No particles…… DO NOT BRING ANY WITH YOU.

• Swims must be left clean and all rubbish removed, including cigarette ends and bottle tops.

• Do not throw any rubbish including cigarette ends into the water or bushes.
  On departure the swims and facilities are to be left clean and tidy.
  Bin bags should be securely tied and left at the entrance on departure.

• Please ensure that radios, buzzers and general noise is kept to a minimum.

• The angler is responsible for his family and his guests, and any damage they may cause.

• The management cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage to personal property on the premises.

• The cutting of trees or degradation of the natural vegetation is strictly forbidden, and fires are not allowed on the lakeside.

• Only fish on the pegs that have been made on the lake ……Do not try to make your own pegs.

• ALL Anglers MUST use the toilets provided

• If you want to move swims you must ask one of the bailiffs first, so that other anglers on the lake do not suffer as a result….this also applies to moving onto any other lakes on the estate.

• There is ALWAYS a draw for choice of pegs including Self Drive anglers, unless other pre arrangements have been made or exclusive hire to one party.
