Bley Customer Feedback
What a fantastic weeks fishing for the boys and me. The carp kept coming thick and fast all week, with all eight of us doing P Bs. Cant wait to get back to the Bley next year to fish for the cats next time. That 76lb cat that Chris caught really got me buzzing. All the lads said to say thanks to you for all of the time that you spent with us in the swims helping us to catch. Thanks again Tony, we are all are very grateful for your fantastic efforts in the best place to fish on earth.
From Paul Allen and all the boys from Gloucestershire.
When we first arrived at Moulin de Bley and I saw your stunning lake for the first time, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Then we fished it and I had !!.
Thanks for a great weeks fishing and tell Jules the forty year old wine he kindly gave us, went down with out touching the sides. Defiantly be back again.

Hi mate, just to say thanks for the week, and as in previous years the fishing was great. I will continue to tell all of the lads who come into my shop, to call you if they are considering a trip out to France, as I know they won’t be disappointed.

Hi Tony. Just a quick email to say well done to you and Jules for making my dreams come true. What a brilliant week we had at Bley again for the third year running.
I still can’t believe how many big carp that I caught, and I have to keep looking at the photographs to remind me that its true. I thought I would let you know for your records, that the 110 carp that me and Lee had, worked out to just over 32lb average weight over all. Thank Peter for coming to Boston to pick us up from home.
See you next year, I can’t wait.

Hello all the boys at the Bley lakes. Cheers for our brilliant carp fishing holiday on the lake. We had the best week that we have ever had over there on your lake after ten years of fishing most of the better known waters. Your place is peaceful, well run and stuffed with good fish. What more could you ask?.See you again.

To Tony at Carp Runs.
Thanks for a terrific weeks carp fishing at Moilin de Bley France.
As we all told you when we arrived that we never do the same place twice running in France, you may be surprised to hear that all eight of us are all going to come back next year. You came on good recommendation via Mark Barnett from Danson Tackle, who had told us just how good the fishing was there. After then coming over to fish and seeing it at first hand, and boy what a week with 150 fish, we all just had to come back again for another go. I can’t ever remember hearing so many optonics going off at the same time as I did that week. Absolutely top draw fishing, extremely friendly hosts, good facilities and great social barbecues. Thanks to you and Jules for making us feel most welcome.

Hi Tony, Thanks for giving me the opportunity to fish the Bley lake. Dave Muller had told me all about the lake, and I must say he was right when he said what a fantastic little lake it was. With its over hanging willows and surrounding woodland, I have to say its one of the prettiest lakes that I have ever had the pleasure to fish. You have laid it out spot on for today’s carp angler, and with the amount of decent fish that are in the lake, it’s not surprising that it’s as popular as it is. I would certainly recommend it to any one. Good luck for the future.

Niroux Customer Feedback
Hi Tony, we are both still buzzing from our week on Niroux, and just to say a real big thanks for another fantastic holiday. We thought that the Bley was brilliant last year, and now this year on Niroux, it has been for us another terrific experience. All of the carp were in mint condition, and Peter your bailiff was so good to us we wanted to stay for another week. Oh and did I mention yet about the shed loads of big lumps that we caught….mega brill…..fandabbydosey…fantastique….
Can’t wait to get back on there next year.

Dear Tony,
I thought I would drop you a line to thank you for all of your help on Etang Niroux, and I still can’t believe the amazing amount of runs that I had. The cat fishing was even better than I had imagined, and although it was nice to have had the lake all to myself, it would have been good to have had some one to take pictures of the bigger cats that I caught during the day time. When I told all my mates that I had to pack up and come home two days early, because I had so many runs that I got unbelievably tired and exhausted, I m sure they thought I was joking.
Now looking forward to catting on the Bley cat lake to see what that’s like in a few weeks time. See you then, and bringing my other half to take the pictures this time!!.
Thanks for opening cat fish paradise Etang Niroux, and from what CCG member James Peacock has told me on the phone, I may be in for another blistering week on Bley cat lake if they are in the mood. Apparently, that’s stuffed with them as well
Regards Stuart Howells CCG member
Hello Tony,
Thanks for a great week on Etang Niroux.
The grass carp we caught at Niroux were absolutely fantastic, and they scrapped like no other fish we have ever encountered. We managed to land a few good 50s, but the bigger ones were just too strong and powerful for us. Just a suggestion, you need to tell anyone else who goes on the lake to bring a spare landing net, we broke our two twice on these lively rod benders, because they seem to go mental again just when you think they are done. We caught some nice big mirrors too.
What a superb and beautiful lake.
See you next year for sure. Victor and John Jenkins
Well Tony,
What can I say,” absolutely brilliant” we didn’t want to pack up and come home.
The fishing at lake Niroux was some of the best ever for me and Sue, and as usual she caned me again. She always catches more than me, so nothing different there then!! She won’t stop rubbing it in, so we may have to ban her? lol, on second thoughts she does do the cooking and take the photos. We saw some real big commons in the shallows and as they didn’t seem to be too spooked, we fancy a bit of stalking tactics on our next visit. Cheers for dropping all the bait off at the lake, we just wouldn’t have got it in the car, and it did save us a few quid.
Say hello to top bailiff Peter and your nutty brother, and tell them to keep banging the fish out. We want to do two weeks on there next time, so can you sort the dates out for us and let us know.
See you soon and will keep in touch…. Northern Tony and jammy Sue
