Mini Bus Tours

The mini bus tours run to all of the lakes on this web site and they run alternate weeks.

We really do make it “the easy way” to fish in France!

• I will take you and your friends in my mini bus with a maximum of six in a group, or you can come on your own and make a few new friends along the way.
• For bigger parties of more than six and up to a maximum of sixteen, my mini bus and your cars following me ( convoy style ) is the answer.
• Your pick up point is from my home in Essex just off the M25 or at Dover Port.
• You don’t need to bring food, bait or unnecessary weight, as I go to the shops for food almost daily and bait is kept at the lakes.
• At the bootom of this page you will find my standard list for your luggage allowance.
• The use of a Quad Bike and trailer to take all your gear to your swim is available on all the lakes, and we will supply you with our own unhooking mats, making life that bit easier.
•  Most of the tours leave the U K on a Friday during the daytime, making it a lot more comfortable for traveling than at night.
• If your work does not allow you you be flexy in your working times , leaving at a later time can be aranged.
• An early arrivel at the Moulin de Bley on a Friday evening, even for those fishing on Niroux means that you can rest before the fishing starts, and that an earlier start can be made, feeling refreshed on the Saturday morning.
• The Friday night is spent at the Bley, sleeping in the under cover Bar B Q / dinning area in your own bed chair.
• A special Friday night Bar B Q with a few beers can be arranged if needed, but there is a small charge for this that depends on the groups food requirements and beer consumption. (Optional only)

As you will appreciate, it would not be safe for me to take more than the legal weight that the mini bus is allowed to carry.

Although there is enough space for every ones gear on the bus, we do ask people to be sensible and just take what they need only, and not what they might need.

List of your luggage allowance.

You are allowed to bring 9 items (one each) of the following items and no more:

Your 9 items are:

Bed Chair -small day chair –  Sleeping bag – Bivvy – Rod bag – Tackle bag – Rucksack – a cloths hodell – one bait bucket

and a small travel bag for your camera etc that you can keep with you on the journey.

You will be supplied with an unhhoking mat at the venue.

If you have a bed chair cover please leave it in your car for ease of our packing the mini bus.
