Please read carefully and adhere to ALL of the rules below.
Unhooking mats must be wetted before use, large poly-ball types are strongly recommended.
Please handle all fish with extreme care and treat mouths and any marks with Medicarp or Klinik.

Carp sacks are allowed at the discretion of the fishing guides - all fish must be released as soon as possible after capture….carp sacks are not allowed in very hot temperatures.
All rigs should allow the lead to release in the eventuality of a break
Barbless or Micro-barbed hooks to be used
No leadcore of any description
No leaders of any kind, This means your mainline must be tied directly to the swivel
No braided main line
Do not leave rods unattended
Bait boats are allowed. All other boats are used at the anglers own risk and life jackets must be used all of the time
No boats are to be used after dark
No nuts under any circumstances are to be used for baiting
Swims must be left clean and all rubbish removed, including cigarette ends and bottle tops
Do not throw any rubbish including cigarette ends into the water or bushes
On departure the swims and facilities are to be left clean and tidy
Bin bags should be securely tied and left at the entrance on departure
Please ensure that radios, buzzers and general noise is kept to a minimum
The angler is responsible for his family and his guests, and any damage they may cause
The management cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage to personal property on the premises
The cutting of trees or degradation of the natural vegetation is strictly forbidden, and fires are not allowed on the lake side
Only fish on the pegs that have been made on the lake - Do not try to make your own pegs!
ALL anglers MUST use the toilets provided
STRICTLY NO FIRES
The far densely wooded bank ( furthest away from the entrance ) is a private nature reserve and inaccessible to anglers. No attempt should be made to try to fish this bank from the reserve side other than casting to it. It has been clearly marked
The Carp Runs bailiffs are on the lake for most of the time, However, visits from the lake owners fish farm managers can be expected on a regular basis. They speak some english and should be treated respectfully at all times
No refund will be given for an early departure, so please do not break the rules!
