Premier Carp and Catfish fishing in France
- Carp Runs are responcible for reserving your fishing only, and are not liable for your travel arangments to its lakes in France
- On receipt of your deposit only will you reserve your holiday dates.
- A 50% deposit is required for each person fishing to reseve dates.
- Deposits are not refundable.
- Force Majeure: Carp Runs will not be liable for loss or delay for any of the following reasons. War, Riots, Strikes, Terrorist activity, Fire, Flood. Accidents at Sea, in the Tunnel, on the Road,in the Air, nor Technical or Weather problems nor and any other circumstances beyond their control.
- Carp Runs will not be liable for damage or theft of any fishing tackle / equipment and we recommend that you take out the appropriate cover.
- Carp Runs strongly recommends that EHIC (The European Health Insurance Card) health forms are filled in online or through your local post office, and persons with any heath problems advise us prior to booking.All Anglers and anglers taking children and other guests do so at their own risk.
- Carp Runs recommends that all persons travelling, purchase travel insurance, vehicle breakdown insurance and personal cover also.
- On our receipt of your deposit, our tems and conditions apply to all persons automatically.
- PLEASE NOTE:
- Each angler will be required to leave a 50 euro refudable deposit with us on arrivel to ensure that all anglers keep to the new strict recycling of rubish laws that have been put into place in France. Your 50 euro will be retured to you on your departure, but you do risk not getting it refunded if you do not keep your rubish seperated into the 3 catergories.
