Please read carefully and adhere to ALL of the rules below.
- Unhooking mats must be wetted before use, and thick large poly-ball types are needed.
- Grass Carp are to be released as soon as possible, and try to unhook them in the water when possible.
- Carp sacks are not allowed – all fish must be released as soon as possible after capture.
- All rigs should allow the lead to release in the eventuality of a break
- Barbless or Micro-barbed hooks to be used
- No leadcore of any description
- No leaders of any kind: and for chod rigs use rig tubing and your main line only ( NOT A LEADER )
- This means your mainline must be tied directly to the swivel.
- Do not leave rods unattended
- Bait boats are allowed. All other boats are used at the anglers own risk and life jackets must be used all of the time.
- No boats are to be used after dark
- No nuts under any circumstances are to be used for baiting
- Swims must be left clean and all rubbish removed, including cigarette ends and bottle tops
- Do not throw any rubbish including cigarette ends into the water or bushes
- On departure the swims and facilities are to be left clean and tidy
- All glass bottles MUST be kept separate from your rubish. There are strict new laws in France for recycling.
- The cutting of trees or degradation of the natural vegetation is strictly forbidden.
- NO FIRES on the banks.
